		<description>This is a very interesting article, despite, I see, that I reach it over a year since its writing.

I work in the Bordeaux trade in London, basically of Classed Growths, where the brand name takes precedence over the usual considerations in growing wine, such as the vagaries of the vintage.

Having spent most of my time working with small growers in Spain, it is refreshing to see such detailed publication on some of the more meaningful aspects of the Bordeaux trade.  

I did not know of the &quot;prix-fait&quot; (fixed price?) system, very interesting.</description>
